Itinerary:

Day 1: Marrakech, Kasbah Ait-Benhaddou, Ouarzazate, Draa Valley, Zagora

After a morning picks up from your hotel/ Riad we drive towards Zagora through several divers landscapes crossing the high Atlas Mountains, these striking mountains offer an extremely amazing mountain driving and opportunities for those who love to take photos. The High Atlas has many valleys surrounded by rivers, waterfalls and endless stretches of palm trees. It's a breathtaking sight that will not be forgotten. First stop in Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, you will have the chance to discover the beautiful ancient architecture of the mud-brick cities that was the focus of the attention of several filmmakers( Lawrence of Arabia ). The visit can be guided if you wish (at your charge).you will have a time for lunch at the Kasbah, then carry on to Ouarzazate through another series of mountains the Anti Atlas mountains and a small oasis named Agdez you will have a brief short to feel the fresh breeze and be prepared for the second part of the amazing scenic road to Draa valley and its sumptuous Kasbahs full of dates trees, once there you feel like you are transported to an ancient time. Late in the afternoon, you will reach the desert of Zagora, your camels caravan will be waiting to enjoy a camel ride in the desert camp nestled in Zagora, while you straddle camels, a perfect view of the most perfect sunset, it’s time to admire a golden sunset view.it must be noted that Zagora does not offer big dunes compared to Erg Chebbi Sahara sand dunes in Merzouga. Zagora is a black and Rocky Desert. You will be in Zagora before the sky gets dark, have time to relax after a long day driving. A tasty homemade Dinner is serving in the camp, immediately after dinner you will assist an amusement gathering around the campfire while locals beat the drums to make folk tones. Enjoy a starry skywatch.

PS: the standard desert camp included in the price of 59 euros is very basic. If you wish to stay in a comfortable camp with hot showers, you will be charged an additional 15.00 euros per person.

Day 2: Zagora, Draa Valley, Ouarzazate, Marrakech

Early in the morning, your camp hosts will get up to watch the sunrise. After breakfast, ride again on a camel to find your vehicle and driver on the main road. From there, we leave for Ouarzazate, where we will stop for lunch at a local cafe, and visit the Taourirt Kasbah (optional - depending on the time).
Early in the afternoon, we return to Marrakech crossing the High Atlas mountains.
Your 2 days budget shared desert trip from Marrakech to Zagora will end at Jamaa El Fna Square around 7:00 p.m. in summer and 8:00 p.m. in winter.
